Our support team is locally based. Our consultants will give you fast and personal answers to your software issues.
Our consultants are highly certified and only focus on Tableau and Alteryx. Only focusing on two software allows them to be the best you can find in the market.
The cost of the support is fully included in your purchase, no additional costs will be charged. Our support is totally free.

 

Our support team can answer questions relating to any aspect of the software, but can additionally discuss topics such as best practice data visualisation, server architecture, hardware specifications and much, much more.

 

Support Desk

 

We use software to manage our support desk which provides customers with a portal to see existing tickets and those of their colleagues and we use Tableau to regularly inspect the health of our support service and make appropriate changes.

 

 

Our support team will answer your questions quickly. Response time is usually less than one hour and, if the issues can’t be solved via email, we will contact you personally.

 

 

The support desk covers issues about: Tableau Desktop and Server, Alteryx Designer and Server. You can contact us between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday (excluded Dutch National Holidays).
