Biography
After my HEAO Business Informatics, military service and travelling around, I started working as teamlead IT and general affairs (and later producer) at IDTV, a TV production company. At a large Exact partner, I learned the basics of how to do sales for software and hardware solutions.
In 1998, I started working as Database Marketing Manager at a fast-growing telecom club, where I spent most of the day working on databases, campaigns, CRM implementation and analyses. Via short trips at an ASP and an internet start-up, I started at Atradius, a large credit insurer, as Campaign and Database Marketing Manager. I was able to set up a lot of great campaigns and implement great database and software solutions.
Started as a self-employed person in 2006, working mainly for the Dutch Postcode Lottery and laying the foundation for the current department of data analysts. In 2008, started a new company with a focus on data integration projects, in which we have developed a beautiful campaign database for the Postcode Lottery, implemented our own CRM as a SaaS solution for various parties and made our first acquaintance with Tableau.
Founded The Information Lab Netherlands together with Martijn Verstrepen in 2015 - start of beautiful adventure. Martijn has focus on the technology and organization and I am mainly concerned with sales, marketing and organization. An ideal combo, which turns out to work well. Started with only Tableau license sales and services, has now expanded to helping organizations with the Full (Modern) Data Stack.

In recent years, there has been a lot of talk about the sales of electric cars, and Tesla in particular. It is interesting to find out how this works. Last year I
