We are available by phone, email, ticket system and via screen share and offer the best solutions to any problem. In addition, our customers also have 24/7 access to the Centre of Excellence where 500+ experts are there to help you along the way.


Support
Our support team is present locally to provide quick and personal answers to any question.
The support team is staffed by our Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake and dbt consultants, the best experts you can find on the market. They provide technical support, but more importantly, 'how to' support. To make it as transparent and scalable as possible, we work with a credit system. Please contact us for current pricing.
Centre of Excellence
The Centre of Excellence is exclusive to The Information Lab customers, who have unlimited access to our expert community.
In this group you will interact with Tableau, Alteryx and Snowflake consultants, trainers, fellow data enthusiasts, Tableau Ambassadors/Visionaries and Alteryx Aces. Here you will also find various resources such as online training courses, webinars and more.

We make clear agreements.
Who does what if something goes wrong, so we can get everything back under control quickly. Through proper monitoring we will prevent any errors. We can take over the complete management of your environment, working with standard Service Level Agreements. Please contact us for more information.
